3. Reservations and Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm reservations
• Payment methods and terms will be specified at the time of booking
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

5. Responsibility

Riviera Pass is not responsible for:

• Changes to itineraries due to weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
• Injuries or accidents during activities
• Quality of services provided by third-party operators
